Noah Blake Kilby, age one day old, of Wilkesboro, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist - Winston-Salem.

 Services will be private.

Noah Kilby was born June 20, 2024, to Eric Todd and Whitney Gray O’Neal Kilby.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Tammy O’Neal.

He is survived by his parents, Eric Todd and Whitney Gray O’Neal Kilby of Wilkesboro; two sisters, Mackenzie Kilby and Riley Kilby; one brother, Lucas Kilby; paternal grandparents, Eric and Regina Kilby of Moravian Falls; maternal grandfather, Jeff O’Neal of Wilkesboro.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Brenner Children’s Hospital.  One Medical Center Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27157.
