Our 48 crypt Feature Mausoleum, located near the Garden of Valor, was built in 1993. Each crypt is a clean, dry, vented chamber constructed of steel-reinforced concrete. After entombment, the crypt is sealed with the insertion of a tablet behind the marble crypt front. Crypt fronts are identified with the names and years of birth and death of those entombed within. The poured-in-place construction exceeds all government hurricane and earthquake standards. The feature mausoleum, with its own peaceful character, has been well received by the community with only a few selections remaining.
Our chapel mausoleum consists of 550 casket spaces and 156 cremation niches. The spaces and niches can be purchased in any configuration that the family desires. Made from the finest materials from around the world, the crypts are located on six levels inside the chapel and outside on the patio. Our chapel interior has heating, air-conditioning, beam and deck ceiling with skylights and accent lighting. Restroom facilities, accessible to the elderly and handicapped, are located in the chapel area. Visitations need not be delayed or canceled due to the inclement weather. The mausoleum is accessible to crypt/niche owners at all times.
Eliminating the need for grave spaces, outer burial containers, grave opening/closing, monuments and other related services, mausoleum entombment at Scenic Memorial Gardens is comparable to and in some cases less than traditional ground burial. Our prices include the bronze memorialization and a flower vase for each crypt front.
